Natasha Mundkur is an award-winning human-centered change-maker, public speaker, policy researcher, and international affairs professional whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, diplomacy, philanthropy, marketing, public policy, and global engagement. With experience spanning nonprofit leadership, international and trade development, advocacy communications, executive speechwriting, and strategic partnerships, she has built a career translating complex global issues into compelling narratives that foster connection, trust, and impact.

Her professional background spans some of the world’s most respected philanthropic, international, and advocacy institutions including the Rockefeller Foundation, and Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Most recently, Natasha led marketing and communications departments at both the World Trade Center DC and the World Affairs Councils of America, overseeing global engagement campaigns, stakeholder strategy, executive communications, and partnerships involving embassies, federal agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven leaders worldwide.

At the Rockefeller Foundation, Natasha supported executive-level communications and speechwriting for Foundation President Dr. Rajiv Shah and senior leadership, developing messaging tied to global food systems, climate, and economic equity initiatives. Her career has also included roles with the Office of Congressman John Yarmuth, Louisville Metro Government, and the Office of Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods, where she developed expertise in public affairs, media relations, civic engagement, crisis communications, and policy-focused storytelling.

A Critical Language (CLS) and Fulbright Scholar, Rotary Global Grant recipient, and graduate of London School of Economics (LSE) with distinction honors in International Social and Public Policy (ISPP), Natasha’s research explores democracy, identity, equity, and the role of narrative in shaping public perception and political engagement. Her work has been published in Social Science Quarterly and the Courier-Journal.

Natasha is also recognized as the youngest public speaker selected to represent Louisville during the official memorial service honoring Muhammad Ali. She continues to work closely with the Muhammad Ali Center as a speaker, communications leader, and advocate for youth engagement and global citizenship. Through her consulting practice, Mundkur Marketing, LLC, she advises organizations, start-ups and leaders on strategic communications, branding, storytelling, and digital engagement with a globally minded, human-centered approach.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Spanish, Natasha brings an international and cross-cultural lens shaped by experiences living and working across Kentucky, Washington, D.C., New York City, London, and Jaipur.
